Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using DrawCraft UK, enrolling on a course, or downloading any material, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
- You confirm you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Additional course-specific rules may apply and will be presented at checkout or within the course environment.
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- Do not share your login. You are responsible for activities under your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access: [email protected].
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
3. Payments
Prices are in GBP. Taxes may apply based on your region.
- Payment methods: we accept major debit/credit cards and other methods shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel via your account settings.
- Digital Content: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, once you start downloading or streaming digital content, you lose the right to cancel. We may still offer goodwill refunds at our discretion.
- Failed payments may result in access restrictions until resolved.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case promptly.
4. Content and licences
Course materials are for personal use and may not be redistributed.
- Licence: we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use course content for your personal, non-commercial learning.
- Restrictions: do not copy, share, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
- User submissions: if you post comments or artwork, you retain your rights but grant us a worldwide licence to display and promote your submission in connection with the course.
- Prohibited behaviour: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no attempts to bypass security or scrape our platform.
We may remove content that violates these rules. Repeated infringement may lead to account termination.
5. Liability
We provide courses “as is” and are not liable for indirect damages.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
- We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, or for indirect or consequential loss.
- Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim relating to paid services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
